Role Description
HiTekMindz Consulting & Services is looking for experienced SAP Trainers across multiple SAP domains to deliver industry-oriented online training programs and mentor professionals transitioning into SAP careers.
The trainer will be responsible for:
- Delivering live online training sessions
- Explaining real-time implementation scenarios
- Conducting practical system demonstrations
- Supporting learners with interview preparation and project understanding
- Designing and enhancing course content/materials
- Guiding learners on industry best practices and business processes
The role requires strong communication skills, practical SAP implementation exposure, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners from different backgrounds.

We are currently hiring trainers for the following SAP domains:

✔ SAP MM
✔ SAP SD
✔ SAP PP
✔ SAP Fiori
✔ SAP BTP
✔ SAP EWM
✔ SAP TM
✔ SAP ABAP
✔ SAP FICO
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live virtual SAP training sessions
- Explain real-time business scenarios and project use cases
- Conduct practical demonstrations on SAP systems
- Provide guidance on implementation concepts and workflows
- Assist learners with interview preparation and career guidance
- Address learner queries and provide post-session support
- Prepare/update training materials and assignments
- Coordinate training schedules and batch planning
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in one or more SAP modules
- Prior SAP implementation/support/training experience preferred
- Good understanding of business processes and SAP workflows
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner
- Experience conducting online/virtual training sessions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple training schedules professionally
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred
- Corporate training experience
- Real-time project exposure
- SAP certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in preparing practical assignments and case studies
- Interview preparation and mentoring capability
- Hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA environment
